Zhou Zuyi Conducts Research in Sanming—Visiting Xuyuan Textile
The gentle spring breeze and fine rain have swept into central Fujian, yet the region still boasts abundant green mountains and clear waters. From March 28 to 29, Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited Youxi County, Sanyuan District, Mingxi County, and Yong'an City in Sanming City one after another. He went deep into rural areas and frontline enterprises, engaging face-to-face with grassroots cadres and residents to understand their needs, listen to their suggestions, promote reform, and boost development. Zhou Zuyi emphasized that we must thoroughly study and implement the important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Fujian, earnestly carry out the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Two Sessions, and, guided by the crucial requirements of “four greater efforts,” roll up our sleeves to get down to practical work, devise effective measures, and achieve tangible results. We must remain confident, explore innovation, and forge ahead bravely, continuing to make breakthroughs and set the pace in the comprehensive deepening of reform.
On the 28th, Zhou Zuyi conducted a research visit to Xuyuan Textile Co., Ltd. in Youxi, Fujian. In the 5G-enabled intelligent carding and combing workshop, he saw a highly efficient, fully automated spinning production line operating at full speed—a scene bustling with activity. Zhou Zuyi encouraged our business leaders to stay focused on their core businesses, continue to take root in mountainous regions, place greater emphasis on environmental protection and safe production, play an active role as innovation drivers, promote intelligent upgrades, attract upstream and downstream enterprises to set up operations here, and strive to build a complete industrial chain, thereby making our enterprise bigger and stronger.
