Fujian Xuyuan Textile Co., Ltd. was founded and registered in April 2018, with a total investment exceeding 1.4 billion yuan and a total capacity of 350,000 spindles. It is a key provincial, municipal, and county-level project under the 13th Five-Year Plan for textile development, aimed at "intelligent spinning." The company is a large-scale textile manufacturer integrating high intelligence and high automation; offering products with high performance, multifunctionality, and diverse fiber blends; and engaging in the sales of yarns, fabrics, and textile raw materials.
The production line is equipped with integrated carding and combing systems, coarse-to-fine blending systems, fine spinning and winding integration systems, intelligent packaging and logistics systems for hanks, and a 5G-enabled smart IoT-based intelligent spinning center system. These technologies enable fully automated spinning production across the entire process, including automated and intelligent material transfer between operations. Real-time online data on production volume and quality are continuously collected, and automatic alerts and quality analyses are promptly delivered to ensure traceability and quality control. The production line also features human-machine interaction and real-time monitoring. To monitor and guarantee real-time online quality, the line employs the Uster OptiSort fiber defect detection and sorting system, Uster electronic yarn clearers, and the Uster yarn quality assurance system. The production line’s laboratory conducts tests including raw cotton inspection and grading, fiber testing, and yarn testing.
