Fujian Xuyuan Textile Co., Ltd. is a key provincial, municipal, and county-level project under the 13th Five-Year Plan for textile development, focusing on "intelligent spinning."

The company is a large-scale textile manufacturer integrating high intelligence, high automation, high-performance products, multi-functionality, and diverse fiber blends; it also engages in the sale of yarns, fabrics, and textile raw materials. The production line is equipped with integrated carding and combing systems, coarse-to-fine blending systems, fine spinning and winding integration systems, intelligent packaging and logistics systems for hanks, and a 5G-enabled smart IoT-based intelligent spinning center system, among others.

Implement fully automated spinning production across the entire process, with intelligent, automated material handling between processes. Real-time online data on production volume and quality throughout the entire production line, along with automatic push notifications for quality alerts and quality analysis, ensuring traceability.

Currently, we are stably producing ring-spun pure polyester yarns in counts T10S, T12S, T16S, T21S, and T30S. Further pure-spun and blended varieties are being developed and produced successively.
